Wendy Grenfell
Wendy works at the intersection of design science and human potential psychology. She is particularly interested in the struggles smart organisations have in building remarkable workplaces and equally, the struggles smart professionals have in building meaningful lives, within the constraints of twenty-first century workplaces and modern life.
A big part of this work is, solving the unsolvable. When people or teams are stuck and the usual approaches are not working, good design, combined with knowing what makes humans tick, can shift things very quickly in the right direction, for remarkable outcomes.
‘Good design can transform your life, your business and maybe even the world’. - Warren Berger, author of Glimmer, Random House. 2009.
Human Architecture
Human Architecture is the application of architecture and design principles to the human condition as a methodology for growth and peak performance.
“It’s a form maker, a problem solver, and an environment creator. It’s a framework for your way of life.”
If you want to create clarity, calm and confidence out of confusion, crippling overwhelm and chaos, Wendy Grenfell is the consultant and coach for you. - Marketing
